Welcome to Law Sites Inc. (“LSI”). These General Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all LSI products, services, websites, and software (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Certain services, such as phone answering and virtual reception, may be governed by additional linked agreements.

1. Overview of Services

LSI provides strategic marketing and operational support services for licensed professionals and select small businesses. These include but are not limited to:

  • Website design and hosting
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Digital advertising (Google Ads, Yelp Ads, etc.)
  • Social media content planning and posting
  • Call handling, answering, and client intake
  • Consulting and business automation

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business or yourself.

2.2 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, settings, and any materials or scripts you supply.

3. Fees & Billing

3.1 Monthly Billing Services are generally billed monthly in advance. Projects or campaigns outside of standard service scope may be quoted and invoiced separately.

3.2 No Refund Policy Except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all fees are non-refundable.

3.3 Late Payments Late payments may incur a fee and/or result in paused service delivery. We reserve the right to withhold access to your digital assets until balances are resolved.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials created by LSI—including websites, ad creatives, custom scripts, and marketing assets—remain the property of LSI until paid for in full. Upon payment, LSI grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for business use.

5. Confidentiality

LSI agrees not to share your private materials, trade secrets, or client information. You agree not to share our proposals, strategies, or internal documentation with any third party without written permission.

Certain services—such as phone answering, bilingual intake, and receptionist duties—are governed by their own Terms of Service. See:

You may terminate your service with 30 days’ written notice. LSI reserves the right to discontinue services with or without cause, including for non-payment, misuse, or reputational harm.

LSI is not a law firm, financial advisor, or CPA. All content and services are provided “as-is.” No guarantees are made regarding lead quantity or business outcomes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration per our arbitration clause outlined in service-specific agreements.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. All clients will be notified via email or dashboard message. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
